Water Automatic Smoke Generator NWSG-200
Water Automatic Smoke Generator NWSG-200 is a fully automatic microprocessor controlled direct smoke generating unit for producing sufficient amount of smoke for continuity of smoking process. It is made up of stainless steel frame with a furnace sleeve, ignition heater, grate rotary chip feeder, ash-pita condensation container, water and compressed air container. It burns 3 mm to 10 mm smoking chips and consists of container of 50 L chips storage. Rotary comb in grate cleans the surface of grate during operation mode. Smoke outlet is equipped with a system for sprinkling and purifying smoke.
